TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Agreement to Terms
By booking a chauffeur-driven vehicle or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not proceed with reservation.
2. Booking & Reservation
Reservations are subject to vehicle availability at the time of deposit. A reservation is only confirmed once:
- The booking deposit (typically 10-25% of total package amount) has been successfully paid and processed.
- We issue a formal Confirmation Voucher detailing route, vehicle type, and chauffeur assignment.
3. Pricing, Tolls & Allowances
Our package pricing is structured around specific distance tiers (KM limits) and durations (day limits) as verified in our Pricing Catalogue.
- Fuel & Driver Allowance: Included in the package price.
- Tolls & State Taxes: Billed at actual cost or paid directly by the passenger during travel.
- Extra Distance/Time: If travel exceeds package limits, additional KMs and hours are billed per extra rate specified in your reservation receipt.
4. Chauffeur & Safety Regulations
For client safety and compliance with transport authorities, the following safety regulations apply to all trips:
- The chauffeur is legally restricted from driving more than 10 hours or 300 KMs in a single continuous shift without a mandatory rest break.
- Speed limit guidelines issued by State Transport Departments must be strictly adhered to by the chauffeur.
- Aggressive or unlawful behaviour towards our chauffeurs will result in immediate termination of the trip without refund.
5. Cancellation and Modification
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or via our booking coordination desk.
- More than 48 hours notice: Full refund of deposit.
- Less than 48 hours notice: Subject to 10% processing fee, remaining amount credited for future travels.
- No Show: 100% of booking deposit is forfeited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Elite Aluxor Travels is not liable for delayed arrivals, alternate route detours, or trip delays caused by extreme weather conditions, traffic blocks, national strikes, or mechanical issues beyond reasonable control.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
8. Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Damage
Passengers must respect vehicle cleanliness and local laws. Any permanent stains, upholstery damage, or breaking of fixtures caused by passengers will be billed directly to the booking guest at actual repair/replacement costs. Smoking, vaping, or consumption of illegal substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
9. Luggage & Valuable Items
Luggage capacity is restricted to the rear boot space of the assigned vehicle. Elite Aluxor Travels is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal valuables, cash, electronics, or personal belongings left unattended in the vehicle during transit or overnight stops.
10. Extension of Rental Period
Should you wish to extend your journey time or route during travel, you must coordinate with our booking desk. Extensions are subject to chauffeur availability and schedule allowances, and will be charged at standard hourly/distance rates specified in the pricing catalogue.
11. Force Majeure & Alternate Vehicle
In the rare event of a mechanical breakdown, we will coordinate to dispatch an alternate vehicle of equivalent tier within a reasonable time. We are not liable for delays, losses, or cancellations caused by acts of God, extreme weather, road blockages, state boundaries closures, or national emergencies.
12. Revisions of Terms
We reserve the right to revise or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any revisions will be updated directly on this page with the modified “Last updated” date. Continued booking or travel service agreement constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
